Challenging thought for all you Catholics

If you truly believed that Jesus is present in the Eucharist, then you would try to go to Mass or Eucharistic Adoration every day. If you truly believed that Jesus is present, then how could you stay away?

If you're life isn't centered on the Eucharist, it's because you don't really believe. What else could explain the lack of enthusiasm?

I myself need to hear this.

Catholic teaching clearly states that Jesus IS the Eucharist and He's waiting to give you many blessings. All you need to do is go to Him with an open heart and persistent prayer.

Classic Johnny Cash

I've always loved Johnny Cash. Dad used to listen to him when I was a boy and it rubbed off on me. Besides having an incredible voice and a wonderful ability to tell stories through song, he apparently lived a very tumultuous life. When he died however, he was a commited Christian.

When I lived with Jon Bennett in Scottsdale ten or eleven years ago, we used to really enjoy unwinding to classic Johnny Cash. Great Memories. JB, I knew you would enjoy this parody. Be sure to share it with your children so that another generation of kids cans grow to love the man in black.

Trick-or-treaters may be shocked to learn that chocolate has more health-promoting plant flavonoids than broccoli or Brussels sprouts. In fact, in a recent study, dark chocolate also beat green tea, red wine and blueberries in antioxidant levels.
